How to send emails from Kayako with sending as 'nobody' DISABLED?

We have disabled sending as the user 'nobody' due to spam issues. However, when we disable this....we can't send emails to our clients from Kayako. How can we fix this?

If I try to reply to a ticket from the helpdesk...I get this bounced back email message:

"Mail sent by user nobody being discarded due to sender restrictions in WHM->Tweak Settings"

That is a cPanel / WHM issue I think. Do any other pieces of software on the server send mail when you have that setting set to enabled?
