Hello again, in the index page of kayako, at the right below , the image of the Live Chat appears, right now we are using another software for live chat and we will change it to kayakos live chat later, how can I disable temporarely the Live chat image to appear in my front page?(cause now it says always offline since we dont use it). |

You'll find the option for this under the Administrator Control Panel -> Settings -> Live Support ("Show live chat icon..."). -------------------------------------------------------------------
