Hi Neal, I have moved your thread to the correct forum. To answer your question - the only way to view private articles is to "view" them within the staff control panel (as described), which also allows you to edit them. Or, they can be viewed using the instant suggestion system when making a staff reply (if enabled), or can be viewed when searched for using the instant article search box (on the top-right) of the staff control panel. You may be interested in a staff knowledgebase lister for the dashboard, which is a mod released by a community user in the Modifications forum. You need to check if the feature request was filed with Kayako. You can check this up with Jamie.
