Hi, I installed Kayako on a subdomain of my main domain name, Default PLESK Page . zzzz.com I have an major problem with my ISP (internet service provider). They have caching of webpages and while this is good for them, its terrible for me because once in a while it stuffs up a website and ends up blocking my access to my own support desk. However I have found that accessing my support desk over https bypass'es the caching and I can still access my support desk at https://support.xxxxxx/com. Now the next problem is Kayako has its CSS files linked in its pages and they are all using the "http://" addressing - which means none of the CSS work and the look of Kayako is obviously pretty ugly with no CSS or javascripts. Its also impossible to use because some links just won't work anymore - they were obviously javascript generated. So how do I get Kayako to make everything "https://" on all pages it generates? So all the links to cascading style sheets function when I use https:// ? I'm sure there must be a simple setting - but how can I change this setting without using the web interface (since its not working properly now for me). How can I update Kayako's settings via ssh (shell) ? Or even using PhpMyAdmin if needed? Thanks ! |
