Import existing users - 06-07-2008, 06:14 AM

Well, we finally decided to use Kayako, and we are not sorry at all,
the login share is working great with our awbs customers,
well some of em.
on new customers its great on existing customers not so great,

is there a way to import all users from awbs into kayako?

There is a zipped folder for doing this inside /includes/LoginShare/ for AWBS.

We have the loginshare setup,

and when a new user is created it sets up the account in kayako perfectly,

Im wondering about the customers we had before we installed loginshare.
Is there a way to import them into kayako so that the logins are shared

The LoginShare should be allowing both new and existing AWBS users into Kayako anyway. If it isn't, there is a problem somewhere...

I use AWBS loginshare and works perfectly fine with my New and Existing clients. So as craig said there is a problem somewhere.
