Unhappy Import/Export to/from an incident management tool (jira) - 17-02-2008, 12:10 PM

Our company would like to use kayako as the help desk tool, and continue using jira as the main internal incident management tool, for 2 geographically dispersed software development groups. What options do I have in kayako to export tickets to other databases (mysql)? An also, get an import response back from both databases with the "close" status of the tickets to kayako? Any suggestions?
