include a link to the online ticket status in all the piped email replies?

How do I setup kayako suite to automatically include the link:

In all of the staff replies so customers know they can either reply via email or check the ticket status online with every message sent?

I see that I can include a signature on all piped emails, but I don't know the syntax to automatically include the ticket URL in the emails.

Try enabling HTML emails or you can get the syntax from the email_autoresponder template. I believe it has the code for the link.
