Insert attachment types

Hi,

By "Admin CP >> Settings" I've set Restrict Incoming Attachments To Custom Attachment Types to "Yes".
So only types that are in the list under Attachment Types should be allowed.

Where can I insert new attachment types?

Sorry but I can't seem to find that option Attachments.
Under mail parser I have the following:

Manage E-mail Queues

Manage Rules

Manage Breaklines

Insert E-mail Queue

Insert New Rule

E-mail Bans

Catch-All Rules

Parser Log

Sorry, I got it wrong. It is under Tickets, near where Mail Parser is.

Manage Statuses

Manage Priorities

Attachment Types

Insert Status

Insert Priority

Purge Attachments

Maintenance

Under "Attachment Types" I can only see what types are allowed but not add new mime types.
I also don't have an option "Mail Parser" under "Tickets".

What could be the problem I can't see that option?

Yea, I didn't realise it was there in a few places. The font colour deffo needs changing.
