Is it not possible to add a new queue in the DEMO?

I have created a new email for my domain and added it in the insert email queue and selected which department is the default for that email - but nothing happens when writing to it?

You have to set a cron job in order for Kayako to parse the email into the system.

After you type an email try running this address manually in a web browser and see if it works:

http://yourcompanydomain/cron/index.php?_t=parser

Besure to change the "yourcompanydomain" to the address of where your support centre resides.

No you cannot add an email queue to the online Kayako demo. If you wish to add an email queue and much more, you can sign up for the online trial which is offered by Kayako.

I wasn't sure about that so I thought I would give the instructions just incase it was available.
