Insert images

We have some knowledge base articles that have small images to help our members to know what they are looking for, since they aren't overly technical. On the Hosted solution, is it possible to insert these into an article, and if so, how? Everything I have tried has not worked.

You will have to save the images on your server as Kayako does not provide FTP access for hosted solutions and using HTML codes (img tags) in the KB articles you can display the images.

Good question. I am hosting it myself, how would I attach images in a knowledgebase?

You will have to use the HTML img tags as I earlier suggested
