Intergrate with WHMCS - 25-01-2008, 04:46 PM

I searched the forums and I downloaded the latest builds of Kayako Support Suite...

THe only intergration files I see is for ModernBill - where are the onese for WHMCS...??

In the latest CVS build (3.11.02) its available in the '\integrate' folder. And you will see the following folders in it: http://raghav.kayako.org/snapshots/20080125-222218.jpg

Please note that this WHMCS integration is still in testing: WHMCS Issues #3 - as of 24th Jan - it is not guaranteed to be stable.

How do I tell with version I have as far as Zend or Ioncube?

I see the version number of my desk but it does not tell me which build?

Using an FTP program, download swift.php in the root folder where you have Kayako installed. It will make references to either Zend or IonCube.

Thanks, I have downloaded the following files:

supportsuite.3.11.02.cvs.ioncubeclosed.tar.gz

supportsuite.3.11.01.stable.ioncubeclosed.tar.gz

Neither one has any type of folder that you are trying to show me....

What file should I download - I have downloaded both 3 times to be sure....

I am talking about what is currently on your server. If you download swift.php from the root installed directory and open it, it will say Zend or IonCube in the file so you know which to upgrade to.

I downloaded latest CVS - and there is no Integrate folder anywhere... where can I get this??!

Extract the package and you should have directories like upload, winapp, integrate.

New Integration Issue - 10-03-2008, 11:26 PM

I have completed the Integration with WHMCS.... However now whan I open Support Linke via WHMCS my Kayako Interface is displaying garbled charecters in place of norwegian characters - Both Kayako and WHMCS have the same charset of iso-8859-1

Anyone have any Idea what is going on here? I'm stumped!

What was said by support? Did they just not respond or did they reply with something? If you post your ticket ID, Jamie may be able to chase it up depending on how long it has been without response.
