In the latest CVS build (3.11.02) its available in the '\integrate' folder. And you will see the following folders in it: http://raghav.kayako.org/snapshots/20080125-222218.jpg Regards, Raghav Arora -------------------------------------------------------------------

Please note that this WHMCS integration is still in testing: WHMCS Issues #3 - as of 24th Jan - it is not guaranteed to be stable. -------------------------------------------------------------------

Using an FTP program, download swift.php in the root folder where you have Kayako installed. It will make references to either Zend or IonCube. Icon Headquarters - Its Elixir - Web2Messenger |

I am talking about what is currently on your server. If you download swift.php from the root installed directory and open it, it will say Zend or IonCube in the file so you know which to upgrade to. Icon Headquarters - Its Elixir - Web2Messenger |

Extract the package and you should have directories like upload, winapp, integrate. Icon Headquarters - Its Elixir - Web2Messenger |

What was said by support? Did they just not respond or did they reply with something? If you post your ticket ID, Jamie may be able to chase it up depending on how long it has been without response. Icon Headquarters - Its Elixir - Web2Messenger |
