So you are saying your ticket still hasn't been resolved?

Just to clarify... problem is current open support tickets are not displayed in main WHMCS client area. As Kayako can't be bothered to do anything perhaps someone has encountered a similar issue with integration or can offer some tips/insight before I give up and throw Kayako in the bin??

Hi there,

You might not have reached a resolution yet, but our technicians are actively corresponding with you to resolve the issue.

If you can call up to 9 day's of silence between replies 'active'... yup.

Anyway, after the last three day wait I finally received a reply from support at last... seems the integration has "certain issues" whatever that means and there is no ETA for a fix... which leaves us wondering why the integration was even relesed if it wasn't ready... sigh.

Much weirdness... and still not a sound from Kayako support... that support re-subscription was money well spent then... sigh.

Anybody any ideas?
Is this charset set in database?

No, you can set this in WHMCS configuration.

I found a similar problem with a software, that was caused by incorrect database charset.

What charset for database are you using for both?

Unhappy Same Problem! - 31-05-2008, 11:14 AM

Initially I apologize for the difficulty in communication. My English is basic!

I'm having the same problem. If using iso-8859-1 in WHMCS, the characters are correct in WHMCS, but completely incorrect in Kayako. If you use UTF-8, there is the opposite. The characters are normal in Kayako (to send tickets, downloads, etc.) and incorrect in WHMCS. I have tried everything and I could not solve the problem.

Please, how can solve this problem!

I have updated the Kayako with the last stable version and WHMCS 3.6.1
