Hi,
We have just installed Kayako support suite and I would like any tips for those who are in telecom industry and using Kayako to support their clients in terms of technical faults.
My query is that we have an existing system that we want to transfer all telephone lines and other services against each client into Kayako in such a way that would allow our staff members to create tickets against those services. For example, a ticket can be created against a telephone line (which would be found by using kayako searchable custom field)
Any tips guys on how you are using this option?
