Question Knowledge Base articles in Tickets - 02-01-2008, 02:37 PM

I have been playing with adding knowledge base articles to a reply in a ticket.

Many of our articles have hyperlinks to training videos hosted on our servers or even links to further reading in other articles in the knowledge base but these link do not appear in either the reply or the email. Is there a way to make these links work.

Toby

You will have to use HTML hyperlinks tag to add links in your articles.

A better way of doing this has been suggested and is planned for V4.

Hello all and thanks for your responses.

I have no problem adding hyperlinks to the articles but when replying to a ticket and then choosing 'Knowledge Base' to select an article to include in the body of the email all html coding is lost including the hyperlinks.

Thanks

Toby
