Question Knowledgebase suggestions - 24-07-2007, 01:51 AM

I noticed on the Kayako support site if I go to ask a support question, as I am typing there are knowledgebase suggestions populating at the bottom part of the screen. Is mine supposed to do this or does it have to be enabled somewhere?

I think I found my answer. I spelled knowledgebase wrong when I did the search!!

Actually, I don't see where there is a setting for this under settings---->knowledgebase. Maybe there was in an earlier version? Should mine be working once I have at least 5 articles in there?

Jamie added a profile field for it and it shows there when people put in a URL.

Personally I think its a tad unsecure showing these off to everyone but hey...

Ah. Maybe only have it viewable to Kayako Staff and select users who assist others (like me and SupportSkins) Jamie?
