Hi, OK, this is aprobably a very silly question, but I guess i have mkissed something. How do I get Live Support to be Online. Its showing as Offline on the user pages? Thanks Alex  |

Download the WinApp from Kayako Software Downloads, install it on your computer, run it and fill in the details. Once you login successfully and refresh your Support Center, LiveSupport status should be changed to Online.
