LiveResponse integration in my pages

Hi all!

I'm looking around for a solution to this problem: i want to integrate liveresponse in my own pages and track visits an chat with people that are in the registered domain.

i want to have a http://registereddomain.com/mypage.php and have the possibility to monitor activity in it and to chat with the visitors in that page too.

any ideas where should i look into?

Hi fbrzz,

You need to generate tracking code and add it to the pages you wish to track. Under the staffcp, click on Live Support - > Tag Generator.

can i use different themes in different pages? I want to show different online/offline images in different pages.

how can i show different text in each page? can i make theme dependant texts?

I have a site translated in several languages and I wanto to show the live help in the page language.

Yes you can. You will need to use 1 template group per chat button which you can get by editing the chatimage template of each template group.

Here's what i did:

1- i created a second language exporting, translating some phrases and then importing. every seems ok.

2- then i added another template group with the new language associated with it. now i have two sets of identical templates

3- then i went to "manage groups", I selected the templates of new group and I modified the chatimage. I have renamed the staffoffline.gif to staffoffline2.gif

4- then I added a new department and in the "customized" section i selected the new group of templates.

5- then i went to the staff panel, I selected HTML Button in the Tag generation tab and i marked the new Department.

6- I added that code in my webpage and nothing new happened! I'm seeing the old image.

what am i doing worng??

When I update my images I always have to clear my cache try doing that.
