Livesupport - check status

Is there a Script or a Databasefiled i can use to check if the Livesupport is online or offline?
I need an other image for my Website but will leave the original image in knowledgebase.

I know that tool.
But it do not solf my Problem.
In that generated Tag is not URL to an Image.

Any other idea?

Actually it is not quite clear from your question as to what exactly you are looking for. Do you mind elaborating on your question?

I want to know in PHP, so on the server, if support is online or not. Depending on that I have to do all kinds of stuff. The user can click on the custom supportbutton and than goes to a support page with the actual javascript on it and our explanation what kind of support we give.

We only send Visitor Tracking code(on each page) to the clients when support is active.

I looked in the database and found the field status in the table swsessions. That was what I was looking for and it is working the way I want now.
