We have set up Kayako so that users do not need to register to submit a ticket. As the login box was then creating confusion, we removed it from the dashboard. However, the auto reply email when a ticket is submitted says if they want to view the ticket they've submitted, they need to login with the details provided in the email.
How can we set it up so that in the auto reply email they can click on a link and are taken straight to the submitted ticket without having to login? What do we do and where do we do it?
