I have a added a custom breakline ! -----Message d'origine----- But as I said this custom breakline doesn't work, and it is surely because there is the ' char in d'origine between the d and origine All mails with this kind of breakline are not treated. All origina message stays in the supportsuite. Mails with others kind of breakline works, like for example those with -----Original message----- Finally, some mail clients send this kind of breakline : Name a écrit : or email@domaine.com a ecrit Name is the name of the sender and email@domaine.com is the email sender. So they vary and are depending on who sent the email. So is there a way to add regexp data in the breakline rules , something like : "*@* a écrit" or "* a ecrit" Thanks Pascal | |
