1. Close the Help Desk. This should be done to avoid duplicate tickets. 2. Backup all the files and copy these to the new server. 3. Backup the database and import in the new server using a tool like phpMyAdmin at both ends. 4. Adjust the database details in /config/config.php on the new server. 5.
