I want to take my existing install which resides at http://mydomain.com/support1 and move it to http://support2.mydomain.com Besides changing the URL's in the config/admin setup, what else do I need to change? Does the key.php need to change? Thanks! -Joe |

Hi Joe, You'll need to get your license changed too. For this, you need to contact sales@kayako.com and request the domain be changed. Once changed, you'll need to download key.php again and reupload it. -------------------------------------------------------------------

Don't move until the key gets reissued! That is the best advice. Best procedure to follow is the following :- 1. Get the new key.php file after reissue. 2. Change the URL inside the admin area. 3. Move the files to the new location. 4. Upload the new key. Icon Headquarters - Its Elixir - Web2Messenger |
