Moving to new server

Hello Everyone,
I am moving my kayako Live Response suite to a new server. I am not changing my domain. Do we have instructions posted someone where on how to do this without any issues? I checked the KB but did not find any articles. Once I move my DB and files, I want to upgrade to the latest build of kayako.
