Multi-Language - 03-10-2008, 04:39 PM

Hello,

Is it possible to have the support suite change between different languages in teh front end? Like is english is default all support files (knowledge base) are in english, if selected Arabic, all articles displayed are those arabic files.

You can do this using the template group feature of Kayako. Search the forums for template group.

This does not work well. too many problems.
For example if you send a news to your users the links wont work
and many others ..............
