| Change the From (Department) name in the confirmation email, when a ticket is created -

Hi all,
Right now I am using a few departments.
Whenever a user creates a ticket within the Support Center, the confirmation email the customer get shows the Department name as the "From name" in the email, so the confirmation emails have senders like FTP, Email, Web etc.
Can this be changed, so that it sends out another name in general so not depending on the Departments name but a General name like the name of the Helpdesk itself?
