Hi Ecornet Here is what i did. Support Center -> Submit ticket -> Choose Staff After submit the ticket, i did what i'm not suppost to do... select last ticket id as reference to make an UPDATE inside swtickets. I tried to get the $var from the class or something else, but i couldnt. I do not colaborate more, cause i'm not good with OO and SMARTY... I think, the problem is "solved" |
