New tickets from Client Support -> Determine STAFF OWNER - 08-04-2008, 04:02 PM

Guys,

I did a custom drop down field with the Office City + Staffs inside CLIENT SUPPORT FORM.

Eg.

San Francisco
-> Staff 1
-> Staff 2
-> Staff 3
New York
-> Staff 4
-> Staff 5
-> Staff 6

And i want to assign the ticket to the selected Staff User.

I found here this function at functions_ticketcore.php

function createTicket($posttype, $staffid, $userid, $fullname, $email, $subject, $contents, $ishtml, $priorityid, $ticketstatusid, $departmentid, $emailqueueid, $charset, $transferencoding, $tgroupid = false, $attachments = false, $isemailed = false, $sendautoresponder, $phoneno = false)

How i make this POST VAR become a PHP VAR ? The $userid ?

THANKS !

Viana,

You might want to contact support through chat or submitting a ticket. Lots of support requests go unanswered in the forums

Hi Ecornet

Here is what i did.
Support Center -> Submit ticket -> Choose Staff

After submit the ticket, i did what i'm not suppost to do... select last ticket id as reference to make an UPDATE inside swtickets.

I tried to get the $var from the class or something else, but i couldnt.

I do not colaborate more, cause i'm not good with OO and SMARTY...

I think, the problem is "solved"
