News in Auto email

Hello,

I would like that anyone open a new ticket and recieves the autoresponder email have the latest news in that email, I remember I saw it once, but could not remember where ?

By default the software send news headlines in autoresponder emails unless you have changed the email template.

I've tried to open a ticket as a "Registered user" and the autoresponder email that confirms that ticket recieved did not have any news headline!

PS. I am using the HTML emails but haven't modified it.

You will need someone to look into your template and settings to make sure everything is in order
