| Number of tickets per month? -

I need to see the number of tickets that gets submitted to our help desk per month per department. We get a huge amount of spam to the helpdesk, but I need to make sure those numbers are not included. Throughout the day I go through and check off the "spam tickets" in list view and then "ban and delete" them, so hopefully there is some report or way of generating the numbers I need that will leave out the numbers of spam tickets that I delete. What's the best/fastest/easiest way to generate a report showing the number of tickets (excluding spam tickets) broken down by department that get submitted to our helpdesk each month? |
