Out of office reply ignore rule not working - 13-05-2008, 06:55 PM

Very odd frustrating bug. I've setup a mail parser rule as follows.
Stop Processing Rules: Yes
Subject Contains: Out of Office
Ignore Email and Do Not Send Autoresponder: Yes

Yet strangely I get Out Of Office Autoreplies.

Can someone give me a hand here, this is real odd.

You get them as email alerts or they are converted to tickets?

The mail parser ignores text in the e-mail subject before the ':' thus preventing ticket subjects starting with Re: Fw: etc..

Outlook's Out of Office prefixs the subject of the e-mail with 'Out of Office:'. Thus this particular bit of text is ignored by the mail parser.

I agree, that isn't a good way to do it.

OK, is there anything that can be done to make this work? How do other people do out of office autoreplies.
