I am trying to set-up a two phase parse... The 1st one is to send a copy of the issue and thread to a foregin e-mail address...I seem to be able to do this, but cant seem to get the whole issue to be attached/included This is to send the billable issues to my billing system. my billing system will open a new issue and allow me to invoice it from there.... The second is to close the issue and change the status. That seems to work based off of the subject my staff puts in the subject.... help.... |
