Possible to add a default queue to a department or add a sig to a deparment? - 07-05-2008, 04:46 PM

If you submit a ticket via the web panel. The autoresponder the submitter will get is a generic respond without any signatures.

So I'm wondering if its possible to add a signature to the responder template?

or at least make a default queue as a department when it is being submitted via website. So that a signature will show.
