Predefined Replies Not Showing Up In Firefox 2. - 12-10-2007, 06:15 PM

Hey All,

I just ran into an issue with the Predefined Replies. I have Firefox 2 installed and the latest version of Kayako Support Suite.

I have created multiple categories, and replies, and when I try to reply to a customer by clicking on this, nothing happens. If I use IE7 no problem, they come up right away. I hate IE7 and would rather use Firefox 2.. Any suggestions?

Thanks in advance!

Can you please try clearing the cache of Firefox using Control-F5 (Press Control and F5) and it shall fix the issue.

Has to be a cache issue as Raghav suggested or check if your FF reports are java errors.

I have the same problem, I have cleared my cache in Firefox (ver 3) and rebuilt the cache in the admin section but this has not solved the problem.

I noticed that firefox reports the following error: Use of captureEvents() is deprecated, could this have anything to do with my problem?

Make the following changes:
Admin CP > Settings > General > Default Theme Options > Javascript Cache for Theme Items > No

Once changed, rebuild the software cache. That will fix the issue.
