Preventing Some Staff Users Replying - 28-08-2007, 12:05 PM

I have set up a number of staff accounts for members of our SQA and development teams, for the use of internal escalation of tickets. They have been created inside their own Teams via the admin window.

Is there any way I can allow them to see existing tickets and place notes on them (using either the Notes or Release tab on the ticket view), but not be able to submit a reply to the customer directly?

This isn't currently possible but feel free to submit a feature request for it in the feature requests sub-board.

Your welcome. Sorry it wasn't the answer you were wanting but as I say, posting on the feature requests board will mean it gets considered for V4.
