puchased Branding-Free - now what?

I read on some of the sales gumf that upon purchasing the branding-free option, i would receive instructions on how to remove the kayako branding from my site - but i've not received anything - what now?

Go onto live help (Help Desk Software, Customer Service Software, Customer Support Software) and tell them. They should then send it.

I recommend that you submit a ticket, so that you have a copy for future reference.
