Re-enable ticket counts on filter pane - 18-04-2008, 11:49 AM

Below you can see the number of tickets by each department in the filter pane. I remember that I disabled this, but I can't find that option again!



See by the left side of the image there is a (1) by the OPEN status under GENERAL?

Anyone know where it is?

Hi there,

You can enable and disable this feature under the properties of each status (AdminCp -> Statuses -> Manage Statuses)

Thanks Jamie! I know I had disabled it someplace before but couldn't for the life of me find the damn option...
