Hi all,
Does anyone know how to create a username for the Staff CP that has read only access to the tickets?
I'd like to create a generic username for a team of support agents, so they can view all the tickets in the tree structure, but be unable to add updates to them.
In:
Admin CP » Dashboard » Groups » Groupname
Can View Tickets Tab - Yes
Can Manage Tickets - No
Can View All Tickets - Yes
Every Other Option - No
If I leave it set as above, the tickets are not viewable in the Staff CP. If I enable "Can Manage Tickets", the username is able to make updates, etc.
Is there a way around this?
