Hi, I wondering how you remove the department selection completely. When I'm submitting a ticket, I don't want to go through the department selection page. When I click on submit a ticket, I want to be directed to the submit a ticket form. I want this because I'm going to have only 1 department. So instead of always making the user click next, I want to direct to directly to the form. Thank you for your replies, Tin |

You need to edit the submitdepartmentlist form. Here you need to make sure you set the department field as hidden or you can refer to the one step ticket submission mod provided by SoftAir.
