I have setup an internal group for our developers which l will assign tickets to regarding programming issues that are reported from our customers. As you can understand, l don't want the developers contacting the customers directly as they are working for me and my support team, not the customers. The problem is that there is no option that l can see when creating a group to remove the "Post Reply" option as this will send a reply directly to the customer. Is there anyway of removing this for a specific group?
