Remove time from news items.

Is it possible to remove the time from news and KB items. I want to keep the date, just remove the time (HH:SS).

I have just looked into this and sadly there is only one setting that controls all dates and times within the system. It is in Admin CP -> Settings -> Date & Time.

For the "Date & Time Format" option, just remove " h:i A" from the end.

Have posted a feature request (System -> Different time and date formats for each module / area) to get separate for each module implemented (hopefully).

What I've done so far is went in the templates and removed this code from the news part, sections "nwviewnews" and "nwlistdisplay":

What is needed is a change of this code so it only displays the date and not the time.:
