Reorganize predefined replies

Dear people,

Can anyone please tell me how (if at all possible) I can reorganize the display order of Predefined Replies?

I want to be able to put some most often used 'articles' more to the top, but atm I don't see how this is possible.

Any help is much appreciated.

I have this problem too.. we have over 100 pre-def's now and arranging the order inside folders would really help.

If you go Staff CP -> Predefined Replies -> Insert Category, you will be able to insert categories. You can then go Manage Replies to sort existing ones.

Oops, I meant to say "arranging the order, inside the folders, would really help"

For example, I've tried renaming the replies to start with 1, 2, 3, 4, 5.. etc but that doesn't change the order that they are displayed.

Ah. That isn't currently possible then. Feel free to suggest it inside the feature requests board.
