I see the option to 'Restrict New Ticket Creation To Assigned Departments' which gives an error message if a staff member tries to create a ticket in a department that they are not assigned to. However, I'd like for those departments to not even show up as an option in the New Ticket dialog. We have the departments set up so each of our clients has a separate department. Anyone with a staff login can see a list of every client we have. Ideally, staff would only see the department if they have access to it. |
