RSS feed? - 23-03-2007, 03:54 PM

I've been trying for the last two days to enable the RSS feed for tickets. I've contacted support, and this is what I received:
Hi,
You can get it under:

Staff CP>>Views>>Views Options>>RSS Feed

Let me know if there is anything else.

I've looked high and low, and can't see what support is talking about. Anyone have this problem before? My account is an admin account, and I have enabled RSS under tickets.

We're running eSupport 3.10.02, stable build.

That seems to be the correct answer. The RSS link would be something like -- http://www.yourdomain.com/path_to_su...cketstatusid=1

This will display Tickets in Department #1 with status as Open.

Hope this helps.

Thanks for the info guys. I'm still having a problem, though. Whenever I add the RSS feed into my firefox bookmark bar(or my PHP RSS aggregator,) and close and reopen firefox, I get "live bookmark failed to load. We force SSL on the domain we run kayako on, would this cause this problem? If I aliased the domain we run kayako on to a domain that doesn't force SSL would this solve the problem?

Also, if i add username:password@mykayakodomain/rss/...... and reload the live bookmark, it just says loading live bookmark...... (and never loads) no matter what I do.

As a note, I'm trying to use the RSS feed with the LastRSS PHP class, and the example aggregator they have on the site. If anyone has worked with this class before, please let me know.

Thanks!
