Searching/Sorting Teamwork Contacts

Hello,

Great product! I like it a lot but have a few questions.

I have three salespeople who have been entering their contacts into the teamwork contacts module as public, so everybody can see them. How can one of them see just the contacts that they entered? I have created a custom field "Contact Owner" with checkboxes that can be checked for each salesperson when creating a contact, but cannot figure out how to search by this field (i.e. show me only the contacts that say "Kevin" in the "Contact Owner" field). Is this possible? Please help!
