| Separate Template Groups and MS Active Directory -

I am attempting to set up two separate template groups for two different divisions in our company. I am running both through the MS Active Directory LoginShare option, but I keep on running into a problem.
I have a test user under my name, and it is currently set to the Default user template group. This user is successfully able to login through the user panel. However, when I switch this user to the second template group which is also using the Active Directory login, the user cannot log in, an Invalid Username and Password message keeps showing.
Is there any way to set this up so two template groups can use Active Directory?
