Set Kayako to send the username and password

HI Guys,

When a customer emails into our Supportsuite or logs a ticket via the webinterface its send them an email with a link to the ticket but does not tell them the username and password.

How do I get it to do this?

My kayako install does not send users a username and password when they send an email. i have checked the manual and cant find anything.

Please help

Make sure you have set Send Password in Auto Responder to Yes under:
Admin CP > Settings > User Registration > Send Password in Auto Responder
