Hi, Sorry - no such thing that we could find in the Manual... http://docs.kayako.net/supportsuite/...Manual_PDF.pdf We have searched all the terms you suggested... If you have a page number that would be great - but we searched 522 pages for any thing that would remotely assist us and could not find it... What are we doing wrong? |
