Question Simple BILLING SYSTEM - How implement this one? - 02-02-2008, 11:30 PM

Hi folks,

I need a "BILLING" system (technically, maybe it is not a BILLING system, but a PERMISSION system) that implements this:

During 30 days after i give authorization to the user, he can OPEN any number of TICKETS... After 30 days, i must reopen the time for other 30 days or donīt allow him to CREATE any ticket. Yes, it is manually (i myself will OPEN or NOT OPEN the 30 days time to allow him to create tickets. When i want, i REOPEN the 30 days period.

Any help would be very appreciated.

Best regards.

It isn't currently possible nor do I think there is modifications to make it work like this. I suggest you check the marketplace board for a developer to modify the software for you.

Only option I could maybe see making this work would be to buy SupportMods TicketPay module and then setup a Monthly Subscription package then set it for some really high amount that nobody would ever pay for. Then you can just manually create orders and mark as paid when needed... Other then that yes you would need to post in the Marketplace > Request > thread for Developers to create a custom module for you.

Thanks very much guys...
I am afraid to buy SupportMods, cause it seems it's developers are not so prestative (for what i read). Maybe i am wrong.

It is still in development so they are not issuing trials.

For what i read, they are just fixing "bugs" and working with some compatibility issues... But it sounds that the system (itself) is OK (i mean, not in development).

I dislike doing bad advertisement but it's an HOAX! Forget this company that’s 100% Joke !

I have buy a license last week, and except an automat e-mail who confirm my order, and my payment via Paypal, I didn’t received any feedback from this company !

I have write 5 tickets on their support platform, but they never write me back !

Under the knowledge base we can read that it can take till 24 hours to open an account, but it’s not more as 6 days and nobody write me back ! My account is ever in pending mode!!!!

AND NOW REALLY BAD …..

I have call 14 times ! 12 times then didn’t pick up the phone, and 2 times they just drop the phone !

Thanks for this SO professional service !

Sorry but don’t do like me, DO NOT buy this service, wo doesn’t exist and would maybee never run !

The refund is a joke too, I have write and nobody write me back ! I have just call Paypal to block the money !

So stop doing advertisement for this company, it’s only a 100% joke !

Go onto live help and they will be able to chase it up. It is likely you could not be reached on the phone number provided.
