I have setup my departments to have there own e-mail accounts so when a user submits a ticket to that department that e-mail account is pinged. The problem I am running into is that half the time e-mails are never sent and when they are sent the senders e-mail address is hidden and it shows the default e-mail address. What am I doing wrong? Thanks in advance for the help! |

There is a good chance that you did not set your email parser correctly. Also make sure your server PHP mail() function is working.
