I searched the manual and the forum here but didn't exactly find the answer.

I assign tasks to several people. Some tasks are time-sensitive while the majority are not. I'm trying to create a view that sorts by two or three parameters:

-Priority
-Creation Date (oldest first)

I edited the view to display priority items first but it puts new tickets in front of old ones if they have the same (default) priority. Ideally, once a staff member completes all priority tasks I want the remaining tickets handled in order received.

I'm sure this can be done, I just can't figure out how. Ideas?

In case anyone else looks for this one, Kayako's official answer:

I'm disappointed as I have much less control over my employees' workloads now. Even with sequential ticket numbering, the sort order beyond "Priority" is completely random. And if my staff sorts by ticket ID or creation date, they might not see new priority items as they come in. Lame.
