staff emailed with new password

I've had a couple of instances where I've had to go in as admin and reset a staff members' password. I thought they'd get a generated email with their new password - but apparently not. How to I get an email to be sent to staff with their new password when I hit UpDate?

There isn't an option to do this - you'll need to e-mail them manually, or modify the code to send an e-mail with the new password (which wouldn't be too hard to do: PHP: mail - Manual)

Thanks for the reply. Sounds like what I need to do - but not for the life of me can I see where or how. As admin there's nowhere to send a email/message to a staff member and I'm unsure what you mean by " PHP: mail - Manual"
